Help clean up Elam Street Open Space

The Loughborough Farm is helping clean up Elam Street Open Space and we need your help!

We will be planting a native hedge around the edge of the park and helping to clear out the bog area on four Sundays in February and March. Please come, even if you can only spare an hour or two. The dates are Sunday 9 and 23 February and Sunday 9 and 23 March from 11am to 3pm with a break for hot soup at lunchtime.

Elam Street Open Space is the small park between Lilford Road and Gordon Grove in Loughborough Junction.

This work is part of an environmental  project organised by One Planet Ventures and Embrace Cooperation, a social enterprise based in the Shakespeare Road BizCentre. For more information email the Loughborough Farm project officer, Emily Myers, at [email protected] or ring Anthea Masey on 07799 621 582.
