Lambeth’s Loughborough Junction Public Realm Improvement Project Update

The project aims to deliver improvements to Loughborough Junction Bridge in the form of UV lighting Installation, bridge cleaning, pigeon proofing and public artwork in order to give the bridge a facelift.

Other aspects of the project involve traffic calming by transforming the area from a heavy traffic through-road to a destination by opening up public spaces, and making the area safer for pedestrians and cyclists.

The bridge works are scheduled to take place from 27th February 2017 and expected to last 8weeks.

The Contractors will be in touch to explain if any further action is required by you prior to the works commencing. We will try to minimise disruption throughout the duration of the work. There will be no full road closures.
