Paid project co-ordinator sought for Loughborough Farm
We are looking for a project co-ordinator to lead on the Loughborough Farm project. This is a short term freelance contract of 120 hours, paid at £12.50 an hour.
Loughborough Farm is designed to locate and bring into food growing use spare or underused pieces of land. The food produced will be used for local consumption and sale and will provide opportunities for volunteering, training and employment.
The project co-ordinator will be required to:
establish a strong volunteer base
promote the Farm within the neighbourhood
research funding and training and employment opportunities
make links with other growing projects within the area.
