Soundcamp on International Dawn Chorus Day from 6 – 7 May 2017 Save the Date
Grant Smith, Loughborough Junction resident and Farm volunteer is organising the fourth Soundcamp with live streaming of the dawn chorus from all over the world.
Camps will be set up on sites at Stave Hill Ecological Park, Rotherhithe; End of the World Garden, Cornwall; South Walney Island, Cumbria; Bridport, Devon and others in the UK and around the world will be joined by the Reveil radio broadcast, which circles the earth at sunrise on a network of live audio streams.
Each soundcamp is a chance to explore a place of acoustic and ecological interest through workshops, performances, presentations and an overnight camp.
We’re putting out a call out for live streams, sound camps, broadcast relays, and any other ideas – so if you’d like to contribute please get in touch[email protected]
