But the Friends of Ruskin Park would love some help:
If you’ve made it to the bandstand already this summer, you must have noticed the Friends tea stall. It’s popular, it makes money for the Park – and it needs people to run it. Can you help, please? Even on just one Saturday? What we need most is people able and willing to bring a car into the park (very slowly!), to bring the kit to the bandstand around 2.15pm and then to put it away after 5pm. If you can stay to enjoy the music and help run the stall, so much the better. We need help on July 9 (that’s this Saturday), 16 and 23, Aug 13 and Sept 3 and 10.
